Hi everyone, I stay in West Seattle area and will be shortly moving…..its a real headache to keep moving. I have been really spoiled there…..like there was a view of the sound on Alki Point. I have tried searching the papers….but didn’t get the right ones; I would like to know any resources like any websites, agency newspapers….from where you had luck.
Please do help me...its serious!!!! |

Unless it's a VERY expensive, deluxe rental you're not going to find air conditioned apartments in Seattle. And you don't really need them, either. Summers can get hot here but it's generally not very humid so with a few fans it's quite comfortable.
If you REALLY need an A/C you can always buy a window unit one at Lowes or Home Depot. They only cost around $100-$150 or a portable unit for about $400-$600. Just check with the landlord first to make sure you're allowed to put one in and/or use one.

If you will move to seattle and looking for a place to live, you may want to consider your budget. If it's alright with you, may we know your budget? Some apartments in Seattle are a little expensive, especially those who are located in some popular commercial places. Your budget will actually help you answer some of your questions.
