I'm looking for referral of homeowners facing foreclosure!

I help homeowners keep their homes when they are facing foreclosure. Most homeowners really want to keep their homes, but they don't know the options they have available to them so they look for a Realtor such as yourself to try to sell their home. Some of them just want to sell the home to get out from under the headache, but you don't have enough time to sell it for them before their sale date. So refer them to me, let me help them stop their foreclosure and when the time comes for them to sell their house (because they want to, not because they have to) they will remember you, that you helped them keep their home, you helped them keep their American Dream!

Typically you are right. The homeowner doesn't call us until the home is almost gone. Sometimes they don't tell us it is facing foreclosure until the last minute. I probably could have worked something out if given enough time. Wayne

I think you have a good idea , but in my opinion is a little bit hard to find referrals on your activity. You have to try it , and if you want announce us if you had success or not. I wish you a lot of luck

I don't have much idea about referral of homeowners but i know that real estate investments are really very trust worthy.
